Vibrant Scaffolding is a manufacturer and retailer for scaffold construction equipment based out in Bangalore, India. It is one of the most promising new scaffolding companies in North Bangalore. Operating with over more than 10,000sq.ft. of material being supplied to various big sites all across the city. The business took on the digital platform with a vision to extend its reach to a larger audience providing people with standard materials and adequate support, all while maintaining the best standards.
Challenges We Faced:
The main challenge that Vibrant Scaffolding was dealing with was getting more qualified lead calls, increasing the website traffic, and optimizing the ad budget. Also, getting ranked on the first pages had been a hard battle due to competing against older established giants in the city. Those giants had deep pockets that allowed them to be able to fund more to rank on top and get customers to visit their website. Under such circumstances, this was a pretty tough task.
How we encountered the challenges:
There were multiple steps taken towards attaining all the goals the client was looking was while maintaining a strict budget:
1. We restricted the campaign to parts of the city that on market research were known to have the most constructions happening. Also, we looked into the markets, which was the closest as our major priority as that would help in reducing the transportation costs.
2. We focused on driving the ads mainly to areas with bigger constructions, as that would help reduce the ad spends to returns ratio because the requirement would be higher.
3. We closely monitored the competitor’s pricing and scaled keywords rate as necessary.
4. We intelligently developed a remarketing strategy by means of Google Tags to help reduce the companies further ad costs.
5. We optimized the ads for mobile devices based on past history
